[jQuery] Lite build not working for plugins?

Anybody have the lite build working for plugins? When I include
plugins in my lite build the javadocs are not stripped (but they are
from core). The min and pack builds seem to work just fine. lite.js
looks like it should work but it doesn't (for me).
