[jQuery] slideToggle flicker

Hello,
I have a minimal test case up:
http://www.dragon-labs.com/client/indieed/code/14/sandbox.html
I am experiencing a flicker when the div is sliding down (opening). This is
occuring in Firefox and Safari (untested in IE). Has anyone else ran into
this problem or am I just overlooking something very simple?
