Jquery Taps and Swipes Android AVD

Hi,
I noted that my eventlisteners for human interaction did not produce any response on the Android AVD when they were coded with "tap" or "swipe". I changed the event type to click to make it work.
I only tested "tap's" and "swipe's" on one real device, the Iphone where it works (in a PC browser too).
Anybody having noticed this on Android or Android AVD?
