Jquery ticker for twitter feed

Who can provide me with the code needed to create a twitter feed on a web page which can animate to display the last 4 tweets individually.
A great example of what i am after can be seen on this website: http://www.abelandcole.co.uk/
As you can see the tweets slide up into the rectangle displaying them.
I will really appreciate anyone that can help me to create this exact example.
