Jquery to check the staus of a checkbox and enable another checkbox in Gridview

I have mainly two columns in my GridView each with a checkbox. I want to enable the second checkbox only if the first checkbox is checked, otherwise it need to disabled.I'm looking for jquery stuff.I managed to loop through each row but i couldn't take individual checkbox for checking or enabling. Please advice..The code i Used to loop through each row is as follows:

.find('tr')
.each(function (row) {
//Need code to check if First or Second checkbox is checked. //Then enable/disable last two checkbox accordingly.
