JQuery UI Drag&Drop Clone and Re-Drag issue in JQuery 1.4+

In this article, Marcos Placona, describes how to implement Jquery Drag&Drop with cloning. http://www.placona.co.uk/166/javascript/a-more-elaborated-jquery-drag-drop-cloning/

It works great with JQuery 1.3.x and JQuery UI 1.7.x but it's not working using JQuery 1.4+ and JQuery Ui 1.8+

You are styling elements based on ids and ids must be unique. There was a bug that allowed duplicate ids in the case of helper:"clone" for draggable and sortable: http://bugs.jqueryui.com/ticket/4564 This was fixed in 1.8.13. So your example works with 1.8.12 (and breaks with any later version) but isn't actually valid.
