jQueryMobile doesn't let me download files?

Hey guys, so I have been trying to figure out how to download a deb file
linked in a button. It simply puts a direct link to the file but it
still won't let me download, instead tries to Open the Page. (Error
Loading the Page) O.o
I cannot figure how to fix this, is there any recommendations?
I tried putting the below Meta code into the header but it still
won't work.
