Kwicks Plugin - Please Help

Hi,
I would like to modify this jQuery http://www.nckdesign.com/clients/freshsushico/html/
so that when the page loads both sections are the same height, but once you rollover a section the box expands.
I would also like to make the top button appear in the middle and then expand up on rollover. Similar to how the 2nd box expands upwards.
Can anyone please assist me, any feedback is appreciated.
