Latest jquery mobile CDN bug fix?

Hi everyone,im busy trying to get the latest CDN to work with my theme. Has any markup language changed?
Currently im using this script in my header.

when i use this in my header it works fine, however popups dont work. So i decided i should try to upgrade,. once i update then all my listviews get truncated and other elements like grids no longer float. please view attached image to help understand what i mean. Maybe somebody can help me with fix.
