That is, I'm trying to implemt jQuery within a epub.

On a technical poit of view, It was successed (jQuery UI is succesfully worked!!),

But on a licensing point of view, I'm very confused.

As you know, epub is distributed as one archive file,

jQuery is archived as one file with other contents.

How can I license these EPUB files which containing jquery?

And can I sell such as EPUBs?
