I'm wanting to add a lightbox to my home page. I found some the script

But I have two questions.

1. I'm confused what the author says when we has

"After it, select the links and call the jQuery lightBox plugin. See some examples:"

I looked at the script and I'm unsure what to do with it.

2. How can make sure it only pops up once? I know it has to do with cookies, but how do I add that to the script?
