listview show/hide toggle

Hi there..

I have a jquerymobile document which include listview & search box and I was hoping to add a toggle button to either show or hide the listview so either search box and list (on status) or search box only (off status)

apology is this question have been asked before, I did search here but couldn't find anything

jQuery Mobile is built on top of jQuery, so you can use any jQuery functionality. So, you can use $.hide() :

Or, you can use any standard HTML technique for hiding: add CSS display:none inline, add some CSS class that sets display:none, etc. etc. etc.
