Making custom elements, JQM or ride

Sorry guys, i know there is some of related topics, but i couldnt solve my problem

i place my custom css file after jqm css file. I can't override it presets...

can i edit elements without using the default file?

Hope you are using "!important" on the CSS properties in the classes that you want to override. If you are not using classes, use id to override the CSS properties.
