Using the minified jQuery Cycle Lite Plugin (only 3kb) is very very attractive for the project I'm working on. I'm trying to make cuts in load time and 99% of my site would only requires the fade transition, however one area needs the 'scrollUp' effect.

How hard would it be to add that effect to the Lite version of the plugin?
