Mashup of Scrollable jQuery Tool
in Using jQuery Plugins

Hello there!
I'm new to jQuery (barely know a few things). Although, I'm pretty familiar with HTML, CSS and PHP.
I'm building a new website and for that, I want to make an interface like it's presented here, removing the left hand-side bar, and moving it on the top for something like this. I do want the iOS-like 3-dots represent 3-scrollable screens thing.
The problem I'm facing is that I've no clue on how to mash-up the jQuery parts of the code.
Also, if there are some direct solutions of some other jQuery plugins that do the same, it'd be nicer!
Help would be appreciated :).
