Menu options is not fixing in position when scrolling
in jQuery Mobile

I have a page with header,footer and content . In footer i created a button (data-icon="bars") for choosing options. In content part i created a listview. If I clicked on the button (data-icon="bars") options are opened at that time when i scroll the content part up and down. Along with the scroller the options also scrolling up and down. How to fix that menu options in the footer itself.
