migration from Adobe Flex to JS

I'm a few years flex developer, I create RIAs, such as engine websites. My projects are object-oriented, with large structure.
Now it's time to move into javascript but I have a lot of habits associated with the code organization, object-oriented programming.
I have heard that MooTools is better for managing classes and rest of OOP world.
I am new to Javascript libraries and I know anything about differences.
I've heard that MooTools and jQuery can work together.
The question is for developers familiar with Adobe Flash Builder:
1. Should I use both libs for fastest migration?
2. Which features get from MooTools, wchich from jQuery?
