Multiple Accordions on same page, change colors of one accordion - is it possible?

I have downloaded multiple themes from the UI Themes. I know how to switch between themes/CSS files. I know you can't list multiple CSS files as the last one named wins.
I have three accordions working on the same page. Now I would like one of the accordions to have different colors than the other two (change Header, font color and background color). How do I do it?
