Since Jquery mobile is so mature and just released it's first complete release, we still have problems with smoother navigation and persistent nav bar.

There are other sources like Jqtouch Zombies fork and Sencha touch that have addressed to this issue well. Is there no way we could work around this to make things work in the first place like using iScroll or some other way.

Scrollview seems to be of no good as well.
