Navbar button highlight and better solution for the navbar/menu

I got a pretty basic site, so far. Can be view here, http://m.agfoto.se/ but I got two questions.

First question
The ui-btn-active class works ok, but not that good. I got four buttons, every button gets highlighted when clicked the first time but not if I revisit the same page, then the page tab wont get highlighted again. Let say I click like, Stats (highlighted) Schedule (highlighted) Stats ( not highlighted) Teams (highlighted) Stats (not highlighted)

Second question
My navbar, is now 4 times in the same HTML-file. Is there any better solution to do this?

To get the highlight to stay persistent, you need to add an additional class of ui-state-persist to the element. So for example, add class="ui-btn-active ui-state-persist" to the tab that is selected on the page in question. You will need to do this on each footer, on the corresponding tab for that page.
