Need multiple fied min sliders on one page

This is probably an easy thing to do, but I haven't been able to set up multiple 'Range with fixed minimum' sliders on one page. I'll need three all together. When I try to dupe the inline code and change accordingly, the slider disappears. I'm new to jQuery, so it's a bit over my head.
Here is the slider I'm referring to - http://jqueryui.com/slider/#rangemin - I want to put 3 on a page, side by side.
Also, is there a way to set up one of the sliders to show the months of the year (Jan - Dec), instead of numeric values?
