Need something between a header and a list divider - please advise

Hi :)

I have a page that contains a header and a footer navbar.
I need to add a highlighted row with text in the center and two buttons to the left and right of the text.
What would you recommend for this structure?

I'm currently using a ul li list-divider but it's not working very well, especially after upgrading JQM to 1.4.1.

What do you mean by "what would we recommend?" What jQuery code would we suggest to add the elements? The markup you would use to render them?

In either case your going to need to give us some more info. The markup your working with would be a good start along with any existing jQuery that you've tried.

This is jQuery Mobile.

Unclear if that picture is what you have, or what you want?

I think you just need a ui-bar. It's kinda buried in the 1.4 docs:

(Sure, you can put buttons in it - they just don't show an example.)

That's pretty vague. What do you mean by that?

Your icons look odd. at least on the second bar above. Is this intentional?

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough..

Using a header would be the best way to do it, but I already have a header.
Is it possible to have to headers in JQM?
Is it possible to have them both fixed?

And yes, I meant what JQM markup would be best for this.

I have to add that it looks good but I have many other issues with it now.

The navbar on footer disappear on tap although I've disabled it..
After clicking on the refresh button the header disappear too..
first LI missing on many pages
