Nested List: Jump directly to submenu

I have a Main Menu that is nested three levels deep that is accessed via a Login page. I would like to provide the user with the option to directly jump to a 2nd or 3rd level submenu within the Nested List. If this an option, how do I do it?
Example, hyperlink, jsfiddle - anything that moves me in the right direction would be appreciated.
