Overlapping Text Slide Animation

Hello everyone,

I've just started out text animation in jQuery that simulates the old-school Flash text animation effects.

I think it's working but I'm having trouble with adding more texts on it . Not to mention, the timing is quite ugly as well as the script.

Example: Universal Records... Amazing Spiderman... Mission Impossible

I have trouble using http://jsfiddle.net/ so I'd like you to check out my sample page I've started and view the source code.

Can anyone tell me what needs to fix or share their code snippets?

You may want to put your text in an array and then run your function using setInterval for the timing. That way every time the function runs it can get different text from the array.

Thanks for the reply sir. Though, not sure if I get your point. I apologize, but I'm still learning jQuery and assigning my texts to array would somehow give me trouble. Do you have an example in which I can based my outputs?
