page transition slide left

HI
i have been to http://www.windowsontuscany.com they really have good website, i was wondering how the the page slide is done?

wherever i click to any of the link it shows that its loading and once its load it slide left and shows the content.

kindly help.

I didn't dig into the source, but it looks like they're using ScrollTo - http://demos.flesler.com/jquery/scrollTo/

Hi
well not sure , it doesn't scroll through all the slide to reach to certain slide , the slide happen to be once and its quite smooth with some kind of ease effect & the loading bar showing the logo all these going above my head...

sorry i am not a coder so things are bit messy :(
