PNG transparency support in ui / theme roller?

I am using jQ-ui but would like my own individual widget background colors to "bleed thru" the bg_glass backgrounds ui uses but the png's produced via theme roller don't have a transparency defined.

I know there are significant issues with transparency support cross-browser, but I kinda need transparent PNGs just to get started ... any chance of at least adding a %transparency to the theme roller so the exported graphics can have an alpha channel?
