Problem to reach api.jquery.com port 80 from our IP

Hi there.!
Aller Media AS, Norway is "hiding" back IP address 213.158.241.6
We are managing sevral web sites that uses your services..
Since about 2 months ago, we had trouble reaching api.jquery.com Port 80
Works fine on Ping (ICMP) and SSL (443) but not on port 80
We had a few incidents of a "Troyan Virus" that leads to blacklisting on mail, but that is
cleaned up and mail floating fine..
Does your server farm provider have any filters that automatic blocks IP adresses.??
