Problem with Active State of Listview

Hi,
I am using jqm 1.0b1 and I have a problem with the active state of the listview items. When I touch one item, so that a new page opens and I then go back (History.back) to the list view, the last item stays active. This wasn’t the case in the alpha. Is it a bug or feature? Can this switched off?
Its also only happening in my android browser. When I check it within my Desktop Firefox the item wont stay active.
