RANGE SLIDER RE-SIZEEEEEE !!!!!

Hello,

Can anyone please help me with making the size small for range slider. Also if i want to filter the products with the range selected.???????

You set the size of the slider by styling the underlying div.

#myslider { width: 100px; }

You put it in your document head as CSS. You'll need to change the selector (myslider) to be the ID of your element.

<html>
<head>
...
<style type="text/css">
#myslider { width: 100px; }
</style>
</head>
<body>
...
</body>
</html>

Thanks bro. Is there any way i can fetch the data from my database depending upon PRICE range ???

For example : User drags the slider for $500 to $1000 - products within the range should show up

once again thnx fr being saviour :)

You could use the slider callbacks to initiate an ajax call to retrieve the new values. Something like this:

$('#myslider').slider({min: 0, max: 1000, range: true, change: function(event, ui) {
$.ajax({url: 'findProducts.php', data: {min: $(this).slider('values', 0), max: $(this).slider('values', 1)},
success: function(data) {
// load matching products
}});
}});

Bro, I M CONFUSED :(

I mean I have a table in my database for all products. I want the user to get filtered list of the product with that price range. Can you please explore the method a bit. :-/

I am sorry for going in detail. I would be glad if you could take me out of this mess. :(
