Reflow table on Weebly using JQuery Mobile

Hi,
I hope this is the right forum, I'm trying to add a reflow table on my weebly website (still in the development stage) so it can be mobile responsive. Weebly is still limited with offering this kind of features.
I followed the instructions found here: http://www.w3schools.com/jquerymobile/jquerymobile_tables.asp. The table will show correctly but the rest of the website disappears, header and footer included. Can anyone advise?
