Refreshing Control Groups
in jQuery Mobile

Is there currently any way to refresh a control group? Or if not, is this planned for an upcoming release of jQM?
I have a control group of radio buttons in a dialog that need to be manipulated (adding/removing radio buttons) on dialog open. I'm not seeing any way to refresh an entire control group, so I'm settling for using a select, but would rather use radio buttons to eliminate the extra click/tap of opening the select menu.
