jQuery Mobile 1.10 was developed way before iOS7, and is not maintained for newer browsers. You should update to a more recent version of jQuery Mobile and see if you still have the same problem. The current version is 1.4, and 1.10 is more than 2 years old, which is an eternity for front-end components.
It's unclear from your comments what you mean by "crashes the browser", nor whether or not this issue remains with 1.4 ("look & feel changes and issue still persists" - that seems rather vague).
Without a specific example to try, and with this little information, it's rather difficult to help you.
How to ask for jQuery Mobile help
This is really the wrong place for asking about this, though. Please ask questions about using jQuery Mobile in the jQuery Mobile forum. This forum is for discussion about the development of jQuery Mobile itself.
Bugs should be reported on gitHub:
