So the problem im having is that when you click on the links on my side navbar the page will begin scrolling but suddenly skip or jump the last part of the scroll to the linked area. 

But here is the strange part. 

If you click on the logo that links to my index.html page you'll notice that all the navbar links scroll perfectly without flaw!

My site is www.hivizdesign.com.

My goal is to have a simple ease in and out smooth scroll from my side navbar to the corresponding part of my page without any skips or jumps. 

I've been trying to fix this for two weeks without prevail. Please please please help!
