Scrollview Noob Tutorial

Alright, so a while ago, i posted up a question about why I couldn't get scrollview to work (http://forum.jquery.com/topic/scrollview-jquery-mobile). Someone generously replied with something about how I'm supposed to initialize the scrollview first. I'm kinda lost so I was wondering if anyone could help me with a step-by-step tutorial on getting scrollview to work. I've looked at most of the jQuery docs, but I'm still kinda lost.
