What is jqmobile_child? I can guess from the context of your post that it is some WordPress theme.
Alas, this has nothing to do with jQuery Mobile themes, which are CSS files that affect the appearance of jQuery Mobile pages. A WordPress theme is quite a different thing - essentially a template for your pages.
You will need to find a Wordpress forum to help you with Wordpress themes.
I don't recognize your last image. It is a picture of some kind of editor. Maybe some editor that is part of WordPress? I don't know, as I don't use WordPress.
As far as "broken image", that usually means the image file is not where it belongs. The browser tried to fetch an image from the server, but the image wasn't there.
If your page loads a jQuery Mobile Theme, you can use jQuery Mobile Themeroller to make certain changes - such as many of the colors used. For other changes, you need to write CSS overrides and load a CSS file of your own after you load jQuery Mobile's CSS file.
This is probably as Greek to you as Wordpress is to me!
