Should I choose JQuery UI (i18n, RTL, responsive web design)?

Hi, I am doing a website project now. I need to choose a web UI framework. I have hard time to choose one.

My requirements about the UI framework and its components (such as menus, buttons, etc.) include:


1. strong support of i18n

2. support of RTL (right-to-left language)

3. responsive web design 

Could someone out there tell me where the latest JQuery UI stands on these three requirements?
