Hi,
Under "Ask a question" I reported a problem with the form input "slider widget". I said that the slider
came out fine, that it responded to "typed-in" keyboard values, that it moved on changing the
values in the box, that it was possible to read out values but that it wasn't possible to move
the handle (button) by mouse click-drag.
I reported my current versions: Jquery = 1.7 and Jquery Mobile = 1.0.
I stepped the Jquery version down to 1.6.2 ( my earlier used version ) and the slider works with mouse click.drag.
There seem to be an issue between Jquery 1.7 and Jquery Mobile 1.0
