Sliding div menu

I am trying to create a menu, it is just a plain div and each menu item is an image link.
I do not want the menu to be displayed when the page loads but rather when the user slides the mouse
to the top edge of the screen(web browser), I am a total nuub and do not know how to go about it but i am designing an asp.net website and would really like to implement this feature.
this is the css for the menu:
