Split button menu item

Hi all,

Im using spilt button to display menu items, My requirement is display menu item with checkbok(please refer the image)

I want to the user to select the all the checkbox at a time, but each time the user select the single check box from menu item (menu got hidden) again i want select the down arrow and want to select next menu item.

I want to display the menu item untill the user select the more than check box at a time. Please provide some ideas to get out from this error.
