splitview plugin

I have been looking at the splitview plugin and from what I have been able to read so far, it looks like it is really not ready for prime time. I also read that it will not work with JQM without so changes to JQM. Last, I really haven't found very much documentation on how to setup and use. I was wondering what experiences others have had and if it is ready to be used or still just in an experimental state?

I wrote about my experiences in my blog with Splitview and even fixed a few issues that I was having (see my sig). That aside, I have iTHINKiDO in the App Store, which uses the SplitView plugin (wrapped in Cordova), so I can tell you, it is ready for prime time but does require you have some programming experience.

Thanks zSprawl. What I am trying to do is create an interface for tablets and browsers that is different from my mobile app since there is more room. Sounds like I should give it a try.
