Strange behavior with the arrows of the number field (Google Chrome)
in jQuery Mobile

For some reason the little arrows in the right side of the number input field aren't showing. I noticed that this error happens in the documentation samples as well.
If I just type http://jquerymobile.com/demos/1.0a3/#docs/forms/forms-text.html in the address bar the arrows are not rendered (like the NotShowing.png attachment)
If I go to the Home page. And navigate to forms->input fields. I get the arrows rendered (arrows.png).
I'd love to know if there's a temporary workaround for this.
