Stuck in banners animation

I'm stuck with a simple script. Would you please help me? It's just working once.... :(

It will execute only once as per your code because of your setTimeout . setTimeout doesn't execute repeatedly. setTimeout execute the function after the time interval you set and expired and never been executed again in future.
