Superfish: issues targetting link into iframe in Firefox

Hi all,
I'm brand new to jquery, having more of a history in website UI development under HTML and CSS, but I am trying to put a vertical superfish plugin on a website which uses iframes. My issue is that in Firefox no matter what I do the links will not target into my frame, but only the current window itself.
I was wondering whether anyone had any suggestions?
