Hi Klaus -
The tabs are looking really good. Nice work! One thing I noticed is
that the tabs don't get the hover class onMouseOver. You'll need to
script that class swap. This could use Scott Gonzales' new core plugin
to handle that. More info here:

This method won't be available for the rc, possibly not even for the final release.  For now just write out the code.

What's the name of the class for this state, "ui-state-hover"? What if
I focus the tabs via keyboard?

There's ui-state-hover and ui-state-focus. They should produce the
same style right now. It's easy to implement, but you can look at the
setup for the close button in dialog's init for a reference.
