Target Rollover Image with jQuery Fade Script

I'm trying to get the fade effect with the rollover images but I can't seem to get the script to target it. http://jsbin.com/oxahed/1/edit I'd like the words to have this effect: http://jqueryfordesigners.com/demo/fade-method1.html
