Just implemented the search filter for a listview. on iPhone 4, when testing in safari and full screen web app mode, performance of entering text is extremely slow. takes a second or more for app to register each character. I'm just getting started in all this, so haven't extensively tested other form fields. Just this particular scenario. I have seen reports of other form elements suffering in performance though.
