Textbox Component

Dear All ,
I'm searching for a custom plugin that works in this way :

It show a Portion of text and if I click on it the text become a textarea editable where I can change the text . . .
At the event onchange , i become again a simple portion of text . . .

I wish I was clear . . .

There is something similar already implemented ?
