[themeroller] create new themes more easily
It occurred to me that if the themeroller could either 'lock in' the
various colors so one changing one changed all OR if there was a
'master' color picker tab that would shift all the colors a like
amount, it would be so helpful to shift a theme's colors to create the
same style just with different palettes.
