when using the Header/Toolbar tab and working with Background color & texture, when I select a texture to use and increase the % it always seems to highlight things in white.

Is there anyway to change that highlight color to something other than white? I really need to do a red and black gradient or can I somehow use an image for the header tool bars?

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
