jQuery Forum

Hi,
Has anyone come across an issue with jQuery/UI not working properly in
a TinyMCE dialog window? What I'm trying to do is replace the link
manager with my own. It works fine on its own but as soon as I put the
tiny_mce_popup.js file in it breaks. The code all executes but doesn't
really do anything. I'm using the jQueryFileTree plugin (I know not UI
really) which doesn't seem to do anything really fancy - it gets the
data but it's never injected into the DOM.
Does anyone have any ideas on this or worked with TinyMCE dialogs?
